This region which is bathed by the green and blue waters of the Ria d'Etel will made you fall in love with its wild and ever-changing river banks: rocky outcrops, sandy creeks, ponds, vasières (tidal reservoirs), salt meadows, and pinewoods in briny water.

You will discover the route of the oysters and sample them straight from the oyster farms, but also Sternes Isle, Vieille Chapelle headland and its naval base, and the legendary fountain in the town dedicated to Sainte-Hélène.

A long history for a young local council !
